Our Vision and Mission Statement
ICAL Leadership Institute exists to make disciples of Christ, who model the servant leadership built on the knowledge of God’s Word, and practical obedience to His word; and effectively share God’s Word with others.
Why ICAL Leadership Institute?
ICAL Institutes exits as a response to the clarion call for lacking leadership in Africa! Nigeria as a nation has the highest number untrained ministers. Nigeria as a nation has seen the highest growth of Christianity in the 21st century among the third world nations. Now that the epicenter center of Christianity has changed its course, ICAL Institutes stands to bridge the gap.
Now that Africa has become vulnerable and up for grabs for new political ideologies, Christian values in leadership training become more essential than never before. The need for equipping church leaders with skills to manage conflict in their society, guide the nations to used its resources to better the lives of their people, ICAL rose up to lead with its educational tools to make this happen. ICAL Leadership aims to prepared leadership that is Christ centered through education at the tertiary level. The earlier missionary education in this region played an important role in developing leaders but since the end of civil war in Nigeria, our education system has failed and now very deplorable in moral values to the lowest level and something has to be done! that is why this Leadership Institute has risen up to meet this challenge.
Who is ICAL Leadership Institute for?
ICAL Leadership Institute is designed for anyone who is hungry and desire to follow a part of obedience to the Great commission of God. It is for both men and women, Christians from across denominational line. It is for those who are looking for an institution with high moral standards which the secular institutions do not have and cannot give. ICAL institute is for Ministers and Politicians who want to be trained as as future leaders for for their nation and the world. It is for anyone who recognizes the need to increase in the knowledge of God and growing Christ-likeness. Through the preparation of one’s heart, in our leadership Institute we can successfully change our world. To do so we are guided by our motto: Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthen me.
